Practices: Beginners 6-7p M/Tu; Experienced W/Th 5:30-7p
As a youth organization, we rely on fundraising and donations to keep registration costs down for families, cover costs of running the organization, and to purchase equipment and supplies. Our main ways for fundraising is through hosting tournaments, selling product (like our annual jerky sale), and through club and tournament sponsors.
As a way to thank and recognize our donors, we display our club banner at tournaments with logos and here on our club website.Â
Donations needs:
Tournament Supplies: Mat cleaning supplies, concessions items (food and drink), hospitality items (for volunteers), or other costs (building use fee, refs fee, signage, medals, t-shirts, tape, tournament software, equipment rentals, etc.)
Training equipment: Throwing Dummies, Bulgarian Bags, Training Bands, and wrestling-specific equipment
Safety equipment: Mat cleaning supplies, Crash Pads, Water jugs/bottles
Sponsoring Athletes with financial needs: registration costs, uniform, shoes, headgear, tournament fees
Supporting local HS and MS Wrestling Teams
Travel expenses for tournaments: Food and Fuel expenses, hotel costs, tournament registration fees (long-distance like: Nationals, Western Nationals, Reno- to name a few)
Other long-term needs/goals: additional Wrestling Mat, larger practice facility (our club is outgrowing our available space)
