Little Guy (WLGWL) Practices
(USA-Limited Card required): included in club registration5 - 8 year olds' practice: Monday & Wednesday, 5:30 - 6:30 PM
9 - 14 year olds' practice: Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Advanced Practice (Intended for 9 years and up with 2+ years experience): Tuesday, 7:00 - 8:30 PM- combined practice
*** Depending on size, maturity, and experience; 7-9 year olds may benefit from moving up/down a practice age group
USA (WSWA) Freestyle / Greco-Roman Practices
(USA-Full Participant Card REQUIRED)Practice All Ages: Tuesday 7:00 - 8:30 PM; Thursday 7:00 - 8:30 PM (starts Feb. 27)
