Columbia REA Legacy Grant Recipient 2026

I am proud to announce that Burbank Wrestling Club recieved the Columbia REA Legacy Grant for $250,000. The purpose of the funds is go towards a larger space for wrestling practice. In partnership with Columbia School District, we are wanting the new facility to benefit Burbank wrestling as a whole, so being able to construct a building on CSD property is the goal. This has been a long-term goal of ours, thinking it would be another 10+ years to acquire the funds. That dream is now a reality.

Our next steps are to figure out the best option and site for the building. It is likely that we will still need to raise more funds to get the project to the finish line. I am excited for this opportunity and am grateful to everyone who has supported us over the years.
